Meet the Artist

   Kate Malenfant-McNeice is an Ontario-based interdisciplinary painter. She recently completed her Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, specializing in painting and minoring in Art History.

  The subject matter of Malenfant-McNeice's work focuses on her interests, and how intensely they fascinate her. Currently, her work deals with domestic animal welfare, and how misinformation around household pets causes mistreatment and miscare for the animals that we are meant to be responsible for.

Malenfant-McNeice is continuing her education by working towards a Bachelor of Education, focusing on Visual Arts Education for the high school level.
